As part of its efforts to join forces with humanitarian organizations in Netherlands to raise the level of development services URDA provides to refugees. URDA signed a memorandum of understanding with SHE Matters on the empowerment of women refugees. The agreement aims to unify the efforts of the two organizations and work together with each other in all the fields of humanitarian and development cooperation. URDA was represented by the Executive Director Alaa Arbash, who confirmed that URDA welcomes any initiative aimed at supporting and bringing light to this invisible part of the world and ready to provide all kinds of assistance and support for the implementation of this kind of developmental and humanitarian initiatives. SHE MATTERS was represented by Christina Moreno Founder & CEO who declared this is the first building block for developing the partnership in empowering women refugees in Lebanon between the two organizations.
