Where we stand – URDA Netherlands

Eight years into the Syrian crisis, Lebanon remains at the forefront of one of the worst humanitarian crises of our time and has shown exceptional commitment and solidarity to people displaced by the conflict in Syria.

We were shocked nut yet motivated by the depressing statistics we studied, what we lived with the non-called refugees in Lebanon, according to the Lebanese Government they are considered NDP, we lived in the tents in the heat and the freezing weather conditions, sometimes with n o food or water, with eyes full of many unanswered questions. All that was our motive to start a new journey to a new country and reach the other part of the world to connect it to that forgettable area and let their voice be heard worldwide.
